Sharon,
Try Impact. It may be among the fonts included in the Microsoft
package: e.g., with Internet Explorer, or by downloading the fonts at
the MS site. I'm not sure. Perhaps someone else can comment.
In Photoshop, usually something can be accomplished several ways. Here's one:
(1) Place your graphic on a layer.
(2) Use the Type Mask tool to create text.
(3) Select and place that text on another layer by Layer/New/Layer via Copy.
